Global Protection Corp.
Leading marketing, sales, business development, and operations across a multi-brand sexual wellness portfolio sold in the US, Canada, UK, and EU.
Project Overview
Global Protection Corp. manufactures and sells sexual wellness products to consumers, retailers, and public health organizations worldwide. As President of Marketing & Business Development, I own the P&L across D2C, marketplace, and B2B channels, and lead a 15+ person team spanning marketing, sales, BD, operations, and manufacturing.
Portfolio brands include ONE®, MyONE®, Custom Condoms®, Atlas, NüVo®, and FC2.
The Challenge
GPC sells through every channel at once: its own storefronts, Amazon and Walmart, distributors, retailers, and public health buyers. Each one has its own pricing, customers, and rules, in a heavily regulated category. Growth meant getting brand, sales, and supply working off one plan instead of six.
The Approach
Run the business as one commercial engine. Marketing, sales, and operations share the same goals, launch calendar, and numbers, so a launch decision accounts for pricing, inventory, and channel at the same time.
What I Did
P&L Ownership
Own revenue and margin across D2C, marketplace, and B2B in four markets.
Team Leadership
Lead 15+ people across marketing, sales, BD, operations, and manufacturing, including private label and custom printing.
Go-to-Market
Run product launches and relaunches end to end, from positioning and pricing to listings and launch tracking.
Marketplace Growth
Lead Amazon and Walmart strategy and international marketplace growth.
Pricing & Margin
Built landed-cost and pricing models across product lines to protect margin as channels grew.
Systems & Infrastructure
Led the company website rebuild on Odoo and standardized product page builds across three storefronts.
New Business
Develop B2B channels, distribution relationships, and commercial expansion initiatives.
Business Outcomes
Revenue grew from $11M to $15M, representing approximately 36% growth across D2C, marketplace, and B2B channels.
$11M → $15M revenue (+36%) across D2C, marketplace, and B2B.
$2.12M+ in FY26 Amazon sales.
4 markets, 6+ brands, and a 15+ person cross-functional team.
Growth stalls in the handoffs. Owning marketing, sales, and ops together removes them.
Pricing is a growth lever, not just a finance task.
The right systems let a lean team run a global portfolio.
